Click the GPT button in the reply area to generate an AI-powered response based on the ticket content and your Knowledge Base. The AI analyzes the customer's question and suggests a relevant, well-written reply that you can use as-is or edit before sending.

Long ticket threads can be hard to follow. Use the Summarize option to get a concise overview of the entire conversation, making it easy to catch up on complex issues.
Improve Your Writing
The AI can help fix typos, improve grammar, or rewrite your replies to sound more professional. Just type your draft and let the AI polish it.
Better Knowledge Base Suggestions (SaaS only)
When AI is enabled, Jitbit provides smarter Knowledge Base article suggestions to both your technicians and customers, helping resolve issues faster.
Automate with Rules
Combine AI with Automation Rules to automatically generate replies for certain types of tickets, saving even more time.
